I’m Martins Toluhi, a results-driven consultant, project leader, and coach with over 30 years of experience delivering high-impact projects and business transformation across Europe, the Americas, and Africa. My career spans leadership roles at organizations such as the Bank of England, Munich Re, IBM, and Network Rail, where I’ve successfully led multimillion-pound technology, infrastructure, and business change initiatives.
Holding an MSc in Project Management (Distinction) from the University of Westminster and multiple certifications—including MSP, PRINCE2, AgilePM, and AWS Cloud—I bring a structured yet adaptable approach to problem-solving.
